Planar c50X

The X Series (c50X and c67X) rear-projection cubes incorporate single-chip DLP® technology for price-performance in visual wall applications. They combine high image quality, a large format, seamless screen options, and easy setup in an open system.

Open system displays are designed to be used with Planar's on-board, BigPicture™ internal wall processor or with any of the popular multi-image processors available on the market today. These products extend Planar's range of display solutions with DLP based offerings that deliver the high performance and image quality broadcast engineers and operators demand.

c50X Features

Key Features for Broadcast Applications:

• Colour purity and high brightness — Using DLP technology, the X series takes advantage of high brightness and colour performance that meets broadcast quality colour standards, including those required for on-camera usage.
• Ideal for space-constrained control rooms — The displays allow for full front serviceability of all components; have limited rear clearance requirements and have an overpressure design to prevent dust penetration.
• Seamless screen offerings — These units are available with seamless screen technology in either high brightness or wide view screen materials.
• Motorized alignment — Image set-up is easy thanks to a new, electro-mechanical image alignment technology accessible by an infra-red remote control.
• Support BigPicture — Both products support Planar's BigPicture built-in full magnification.
