LED-Series

The Clarity LED Series is a complete line of high resolution LED-illuminated rear-projection video wall displays that deliver optimized colour performance with Planar's Clarity NaturalColor™ technology, exact image control, long life and minimal maintenance. With no consumable parts and a 60,000 hour life, the Clarity LED Series illumination system eliminates the ongoing costs and interruptions associated with lamp changes. With Planar's Clarity NaturalColor™ Display Profiles, the Clarity LED Series offers preset application-specific colour spaces that allow customers to get the best visual performance possible for their particular application.

The LED Series is available in three sizes, two 4:3 displays with XGA & SXGA+ resolution plus 16:9 wide 70” display featuring 1080p high definition performance. The flexible design of the LED Series will fit the need of any control room, creating a highly functional, high quality digital display wall with a reasonable cost of ownership.

Intelligent Design

A continuous internal monitoring and feedback loop in the Clarity LED Series engine ensures LED’s are driven consistently across the video wall. In addition, Planar’s Set it and Forget it (SiFi) Auto Colour and Brightness (ACB) control communicates across all displays in the wall to maintain colour and brightness uniformity and comes standard on each Clarity LED Series display. SiFi ACB is unique in its ability to measure the output of the full light path and to maintain site-specific adjustments that optimize viewing for a particular room.

To operate SiFi Planar's WallNet needs to be installed. SiFi uses WallNet's ability to talk to the cubes over a network.
