Obonok Technologies manufactures the world's highest-performance HDMI-(High Definition Multimedia Interface)-over-UTP (unshielded twisted pair cable, or Cat 6/7) electronics. Obonok product range, including the Blu-Wire^_tm and Blu-Eye tm Series (soon to be released) of HDMI-over-UTP:

Compared to conventional HDMI-over-Cat6/7 products, the Blu-Wire Series provides the following ADVANTAGES:

A single UTP cable carries all signals, including HDCP. (Conventional products need to use two cables, one shielded.)
Fully supports 1080p / 1080i / 720p plus the HDCP content-protection protocol.
HDMI + HDCP may be distributed to hundreds of displays out to 180m. (1080p) or 480m. (1080i) from the source. This is by far the longest extension distance available over CatX.

	Recommended Cable - most, commonly available, unbranded CAT5e/6 with AWG24 solid copper will work, such as Datamaster. Never use special SKEW-FREE cable that is commonly used for the analog video because of the very high cross talk. Don’t use screened or shielded cable unless tested!
