Infinea™ DVI - transport digital video 10km over fibre and / or 183 metres on Cat6... daisy-chain as needed for unlimited DVI extension!

Magenta Research’s Infinea Series offers a uniquely flexible platform that can extend full HD video, stereo audio and addressable duplex serial over either UTP, multi-mode fiber (MMF), single mode fiber (SMF), or a combination of these cabling options. Moreover, the standard daisy chaining capability of each receiver delivers unlimited distance range as an infinite number of units can be daisy chained with any combination of cabling. The base unit supports UTP extension up to a range of 183m, while the optional and field upgradable fiber modules extend the AV signals up to a range of 500m for MMF and 10 KM for SMF – another industry first from Magenta!

Infinea is now ordered as a base UTP unit in video-only or video, serial, audio (SAP) versions. Note that SA versions of Infinea are no longer available.

If fibre units are required, then add in the appropriate Fibre Optic Kit (Multi Mode or Single Mode).
