HDMI Video & Audio Extension Kits
Traditional HDMI over UTP products require a pair of CatX cables (typically with at least one shielded cable required) in order to remotely send video, audio and HDCP signals from a transmitter to a receiver.
Magenta’s HD-One DX delivers reliable, uncompressed high-definition video over a single Cat5e/6/6e/7 cable, to a distance of 100 meters. These fully HDCP-compliant devices feature plug-and-play functionality and require no adjustments to get up and running.
HD-One DX extends embedded HDMI audio in addition to video, with support for Dolby® TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. The DX is compliant with HDMI 1.3 and serves up 1080p resolution video at 60Hz, while also boasting support for today’s 3D capable devices.
HD-One DX Key Features
Magenta's HD-One LX is an HDMI extension product that utilizes a single Cat5e/6/6e/7 cable, and sends 1080p video 100m. HD-One LX is fully HDCP-compliant and capable of extending uncompressed 1080p video, audio, IR and bi-directional RS-232 to 328ft/100m, allowing commands and data to flow in both directions.
Kit includes two sets of IR emitter/receiver cables.
HD-one LX Key Features
HD-One’s distance reach and use of inexpensive, easy to terminate UTP cable, make this product an obvious choice for HDMI extension whether it’s a Blu-Ray player, a cable/set-top box or a PC with an HDMI output. Such distances are virtually impossible to replicate using specially constructed HDMI cables, which, even at short distances, deteriorate image quality, are extremely difficult to terminate in the field and carry a high cost factor.
