The VCC-8000 series of multiviewers allows users to effortlessly combine multiple DVI-I and HD/SD-SDI/Composite video signals on a single display in resolutions up to 1920 x 1200. Completely versatile and flexible solutions, VCC-8000 modules can be used as standalone units, or cascaded with up to eight other VCC-8000 or MCC-8004 modules to provide facility-wide computer and video monitoring capabilities. Powerful features include an integrated on-screen display, which provides on-screen labels, borders, and alarms. For a truly customized look, the input windows can also be resized and moved freely. VCC-8000 modules contain BNC connectors for 4 discrete video inputs and connectors for up to 4 DVI and VGA inputs. When paired with Avitech’s Mouse and Keyboard Controller (MKC) products, the VCC-8000 becomes a powerful new generation of KVM switch, allowing control of all computer sources with a single mouse and keyboard.
The VCC-8000 series is compatible with both Cosmos and Galaxy control software to provide the right tools for systems of any complexity. Cosmos allows users to easily configure and edit presets and displays, while providing an interface with leading routing switchers, production switchers, and tally management systems. Galaxy is a simple yet powerful control system that is specifically designed for systems that are less complicated. It is ideal for fixed installations that do not need to integrate with 3rd party routers, production switchers, or tally management systems.
